EVERY ITEM IS MADE TO ORDER therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges. any cases relating to exchanges, customer must provide their own form of shipping to return to Roscisne and will not be reimbursed for shipping.

we do not offer refunds at this time. any cases relating to such will receive store credit for future online purchases only for roscisne.com. NO shipping refunds.

chargebacks and disputes are taken seriously, and we reserve the right to take legal action against customers who file fraudulent chargebacks or disputes. if you have an issue with your order, please contact us first to resolve the issue. please note that we will provide evidence to dispute any fraudulent claims. 

we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. however, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if the order has already been processed and/or shipped. we also reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who frequently cancel orders.
